Ingredients
  

  • 1 turkey neck
  • 1 celery bottom and leaves only discarded
  • 1 onion only discarded root and skins
  • 2 cloves garlic broken up
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 12 cups water or enough to reach the fill line

  • Instant Pot Duo Evo
  • Cheesecloth

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients and Instant Pot.
  2. Put everything in the pot. If you have other poultry parts or more discarded vegetable parts, put them in, too. The more the merrier!
    1 turkey neck, 1 celery bottom and leaves, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 bay leaf, 12 cups water, 3 whole cloves
  3. Fill the pot with enough water to come to the fill line.
  4. Pressure cook for 1 hour, then natural release.
  5. Strain through cheesecloth and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
